Elan Tea is a collection of rare, ancient-tree teas harvested from protected mountain forests in Yunnan, China. Our leaves come from tea trees over 200 years old, growing naturally in high-altitude ecosystems untouched by industrial farming.

Each batch is handcrafted by indigenous Yi tea makers using centuries-old techniques. No machines. No chemicals. No shortcuts. Only time, skill, and nature.

The result is a tea that is silky, layered, and deeply alive — a quiet luxury meant to be savored.

Our vision

Elan Tea comes from a family of Yi ethnic minority tea makers who have protected and cultivated ancient tea forests for generations

Our founders grew up in the tea mountains, learning to harvest and craft tea by hand from their parents and grandparents. Rather than chasing mass production, they chose to preserve the traditional way—slow, honest, and rooted in respect for nature.

The tea trees they care for grow at elevations between 1,900 and 2,900 meters, surrounded by untouched forest, clean air, and mountain mist

Their philosophy is simple:
